Simpson Motors SX4

I emailed Simpson Motors in Barbados that own the Suzuki SX4 WRC which I have asked to make and have pics supplied
I was asked before about price to have these made and now I will be waiting for pics of the car to arrive when its in full rally livery as they have emailed me back

This was the car testing today in the UK

That looks tidy mark and will be a totally different model

I looked at doing it a few years ago as the driver asked about them. Now the car has been fully rebuilt and tested here before going back to the Caribbean where the rally livery will be applied with plates.

Some base models already been ordered

Simpson Motors are very big with Suzuki and hence they where allowed to run this.
The first base shell I have here to be stripped ready for when the others come I have a head start on it

its a ex works car then?? its looking like monster livery whos the driver mark??

Sean Gill has stepped down from driving it and its very much rumoured and unofficially said Neil Armstrong who usually pilots a very fast starlet will be in it but will wait n see.

Will need to see who can make decent exclusive decals for me unless I will try my usual supplier

black is becoming more popular now and looks nice.

Shame no one could get one in Ireland

As far as i know, this is not an ex works car. Remember reading somewhere that they were all crushed, and that this is one was built after. Dont know it thats true or not but its still a class looking car.

Looks interesting Mark. Will be a class model when done.

NEIL ARMSTRONG TO PILOT SUZUKI SX4 WRC

Local Bajan rally ace Neil Armstrong will drive the Suzuki SX4 WRC in 2013. The multiple class winner is currently testing the Suzuki in the UK under the watchful eye of three time British rally Champion Mark Higgins. Mark had this to say about the SX4 and Armstrong:

"To be quite honest I have driven a lot of world rally cars over the last ten years and I am very, very impressed with this car. What the team have achieved with the SX4 so far is really good. It was very hard for the guys to get me out of it! I had to give it back to Neil however, who has been doing a great job in testing."

"Neil has driven front wheel drive and Group N, so its a fantastic background for getting into a world rally car. I think he's adapting very well. The car is very driver friendly so its a great base to start from. He is a natural driver that's for sure, he listens well, his speed is good and he's improving all the time. Watch this space, as I believe Neil could be the new star out in the Caribbean."

The first event for the Suzuki SX4 WRC 2013 will be Rally Trinidad to be held on the 23rd and 24th of March.
