Post  bmd Sun May 04, 2014 3:35 pm

right you experts....lol!!
my memory is shot, can someone advise me if bill connolly used spots on his bp m3, on the 91 galway, at any time?....
the only pic i can find of the car spotted up is his 91 circuit drive...... would the galway have needed them?
cheers in advance lads...  Smile

Ive gathered up a some photos and videos of Connollys M3 and never seen it with a Light Pod. Im sure it had one at some stage as you mentioned, and galway might have had it but i dont know for sure.

I removed the light pod from mine and filled in the hole left behind. Looks better without it anyway. You will need to repaint it whit if you go this root, but thats not a bad thing as Ottos tend to go off white after a while. Heres something to get you going  Very Happy Just have to sort out the read spoiler where the yellow strip joins the spoiler

Thanks Paul. Its very slowly getting there.

Billy I had a dash converted for it but it went into the McHale car. Need to have another look and see is it good enough conversion for rory to cast. They are easy to convert but very dusty work

Thats a class picture Martin. Spots are HUGE, like looking through really thick glasses

Dont know aout patience or skills  Smile  but the standard spots a fine. Connollys look out of scale eeven on the 1:1. I just perfer the M3 without spots. Im looking at my white McHale M3 and wishing I had removed the sports from it too.
