Im here. Theres nothing to do on the internet now. Feel like ive lost something

I'm on here. Got to give it ago. Hope this will get up and going like the old forum?

Hopefully most of the members will join up. Still cant believe the other forum is gone. Anyone got any new models to show to cheer us up?

Not sure what happened Tom. Havnt heard anything from Pat since he posted that he was shutting it down.

I hope this forum takes off as well, because I feel lost without looking at all the banter going on on the other forum.

Hi guys and many thanks for joining here. If pat decides to put the forum back on soon then even just having this as a gap filler is a good thing imo.

I didn't have the time today to sort the site out but ill sort it out and get it looking abit better by this time tomorrow. If there are any problems pm me or email me nicky6r4@hotmail.com

It would be good to hear something from Pat, there were some ideas put forward that I thought were worth consideration to try to save the old forum, if it doesnt come back hopefully we can rebuild here using some of the lessons learned?

I'm surprised there are only this few on here. Others might be trying to get the old forum back but there is alot of names i'm surprised not to see.
The demise of the old forum has put me in model breakdown!

To be honest guys, I didnt know what had happend for Pat to decide to close the old forum down. If someone wants to pm me why and so I can make sure that it wont happen on here then that will be good I think.

One thing I just want to let you guys know. This is a free hosted forum, it didnt cost me anything to have this setup or run. Well, the only thing that I will pay for is the advert removal at the top of the page (which isnt that much) but I will give it a week or two first just incase it doesnt take off. I will let everyone on facebook know about this forum incase they didnt see the link in time before the forum went down.

Its still really sad not being able to see the old forum, I have tried to cheer myself up by getting a couple of models orderd lol

Glad to hear thats worked now on the email front. I will have a look into the pm's as I have already had one from another member already.
