mobile phone query

lads, a silly question but somebody will know what i'm doing wrong here....trying to send a pic attached to a text message but after 5 attempts still not going through to recipient...its a nokia c1 on 02 network...can somebody advise whether this is a phone issue or a network issue, or could it be an issue with the other phone, before i go online and ask for their assistance/upload/upgrade etc?

Used to work for meteor here in the south so it may be different with o2 with you.

There are settings that have to be on the phone for it send/recieve multimedia messages. You can normally get these sent out to you from their website, you recieve the settings and just accept them, they install themselves, restart you phone and off you go.
