we had a similar scene in 2008 IRC Rally China.
in one of the early morning stages, there was a left hander with a black ice and many cars rolled or crashed.
I was soo lucky to escape that corner with a small off and keep throttling back to the road....
this photo reminds me of that day...

I am sending the link of my in car video footage of the same stage repeated in the same day afternoon.
@ 4:13 you can see bunch of cars at the same corner ...
