anyone bought this recent edition? whats she like for quality?  obviously shes not autoart but is she good for the price?

Yes they are old photos, I'm sure the model you saw has paint and some decals on it   
I forgot to stick these photo's up when I first found them,

   

It is a good model for the money. A couple of little niggles which Sunstar were told about ages before the sign off. Rear plate should be white not yellow, and the name is Craig, not Graig. Think there was something else but can't remember. Have 3 here so I can convert in the future.    

thanks mal, might have to purchase then, the rear plate could be easily sorted, and probably the name letter too.....
