Casting Rubber

Is anyone familiar wih casting rubber tires?

With my 3d printer, I can print the rims no problem, but the roadblock at the moment are the rubber tires. Ive been making the rims to fit the existing tires, but id like to make some bigger wheels to fit under a Sunstar Escort.

My plan would be to 3d print a mould, cast the rubber in the mould, and since its flexible, just pull it out when cured. Im just not sure what type of resins are flexible enough.

Other option is to 3d print the tire in a very flexible 3d printing resin but I hear these are tricky to print with.

So does anyone know a good resin that would work to cast flexible rubber tires?
