Get well soon Paul (MCM Motorsport)

I just got a phone call to say that Paul was unfortunately hit by a rally car at the Ulster Rally today,
As far as I know he has leg injuries and is in hospital and going for an operation on Monday,
Paul was with his wife and son (Diane & Harvey) who were very lucky to get out of the way in time and have no injuries,

I'll call down to the hospital and see Paul on Monday night if he's up for a visit and keep you all updated,
If any member on here is friends with Paul on Facebook can they hold off posting anything for a few days in case family members haven't heard the news yet,

Still can't believe this!! I was only talking to Paul at the Glendun stage a couple of hours earlier!! Best wishes Paul Hope the operations go well and that you have a very speedy recovery Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

nicky/moderators, just a thought; maybe you would combine both these threads and then someone could give paul a printout of the lot, showing the forums combined best wishes to him at this time? not as important as the sentiments i know, just thought it would put a smile on his big ugly face! lol!

That is terrible news, and I am so pleased that it didn't end up like the other rallying accidents that we all read about recently - the thought of which doesn't even bear thinking about. So I won't anymore....

Paul is the only other moderator as far as I'm aware!
