im trying to sell a model, and the person is moaning about "im not sure ferrys car had 15" wheels"

im on it now and honestly never go on the model section. only there for the rally news.

i wouldnt worry about it mark, it takes all sorts to make a world m8...i've been a member of several forums over the years, uk manta owners, irish manta owners, uk scooby owners, irish scooby owners, plus 2 or 3 model forums...........you get the whole range on all of them m8, from total anoraks who obsess about every detail, down to the guy who's just happy to have something near the mark, and he enjoys his just as much i can tell you!
i know some of my home conversions prob have wrong tyres or wrongly-detailed interiors, etc, but does it detract from my enjoyment of my collection. no m8, and that is after all what its all about....you'll meet all sorts on forums m8, just let it roll over you, its not really crucial at the end of the day.............

to think of it now i cant remember if ferry had 13" 4 spokes or 15" revolutions

They where a set of resin deep dish 4 spokes i have and that was the nearest escort I had handy to measure up as I was going to get them cast.
Now back on better rims

waste of time posting on that forum mark.. especially in the model section.. i gave up on that forum.. dont really bother with it anymore.. alot of keyboard bashers on it

couldnt agree more, i think only reason im on it, as I was a member off jon44w, and they where slabbering about people who modify there cars etc... slating "boyracers" etc at rallys...
