Cast the tyres and use PT Flex 60 to make the rubber tyre. Will be using this for my 1/18s wheels

Make a mould from whatever you are trying to cast eg the tyre. Let it set, then mix the PT Flex 60 equal parts and pour it into the mould. You will also need a black pigment to mix in before you pour to make your tyres black.

Making the mould is the hardest part, and its hard enough to do that in 1/18.

so what your saying is 1/43 is a nightmare to do!!! affraid Rolling Eyes
