Rallying is normally on a programme named RALIO which I think is on a thursday night, alternatively look for S4C clic on the internet and go through the A - Z of programmes looking for Ralio, last time I looked it hasn't been televising much but may start again soon now that motorsport has started again after winter.
No need to buy yourself a house with a satellite dish as Alan recommends.
