Giving/give up smoking.....
Been in the planning stages for a few months now.
Finally tasted the bite of a bit of willpower magic and am on me way!
Got patches and inhalator thing but patches were for heavier smokers and I went for cold turkey!
So far 2 days in and wondering what all the fuss was about!

Good luck with possibly the toughest thing you have ever done in your life......I used to smoke 80 cigarettes (40 Tipped and 40 plain) plus 10 cigars per day........then I got hypnosis and never again smoked.........during the hypnosis the group of us were told to do something with the money (something that we would never dream of doing before)...5 or 6 days later I saw my first MODEL...and bought it.......I have never stopped since......on the 1 November 2013 that will be 17 years off the cigarettes........so come on you can do it.....you know you can.......go for it........best of luck

Re: Giving/give up smoking.....
The trick is not to buy the ciggies-if you don't have them then you can't smoke them. Also leave your wallet behind when you go out then you won't have any money to buy them if you lapse. I am a non smoker. I just spent two hours in a house this morning where both owners smoke. They did not light up in front of me. I put on clean clothes this morning. After I left my clothes stank so I had to change when I got home and I am now in clean clothes again. My throat is itchy, I have a cough and I can actually taste the nicotine in my mouth right now.
So imagine what its doing to you if you constantly are inhaling the ciggies. There are over 200 chemicals in a ciggie-many of them designed and added in to get you addicted. Once you realize that you are addicted that is part of the cure. Also work out how much you spend each week and put that money aside for a year. Then use that money for a holiday of a lifetime. If you are on 20 a day and a pack costs €7 that is €2548 per year. That's a two week holiday in the sun. Or a nice secondhand BMW Z3. Far better for you.

Well that's a month!
It's going well and the cravings and irritability have dropped off dramatically!
Justified it all by buying a model Delecour Monte Carlo 1994 cossie
