Gold decals?
I will soon have a set of decals (on arrival) of 1/18 scale preportion. Now the decal sheet itself is mainly in gold colour.
1. How difficult will it be to get someone to print them again in gold and..........
2. How difficult will it be to down size them to 1/43 scale.
Heres in hope of an easy solution

Chris
did you say that the decals are in 1/18
are you gonna use it or you will just be using to rescale them
if thats the case I will be interested in the 1/18 decals mate
and try Michael from Ms creations in germany. he can definitively do the rescaling and you have to check with him if he can do the gold printing...

Re: Gold decals?
chris just shout if you need help m8, down-scaling is no probs, but be aware that as in the case of upscaling, some of the decals will not exactly fit the model....its one of the issues in moving between scales...

Thanks Omer. Yes they are in 1/18 but you don't even know what car it is
I am only going to use to rescale to 1/43.
It's actually a diecast kit but not to your standards

Re: Gold decals?
WOW-is the Gold painted or decal-I'm toying with these myself. I do have an OKI 5000 but the thoughts of trying to sprint so much gold leaves me ..........bmd wrote:

Re: Gold decals?
No-first time seeing it. I have the guts of the decal artwork done but it will be an Irish version of the car, not the RAC.
