forgot to mention tis few weeks back when I heard of it......the 6r4 nuts might want to stop reading from tis point on!!
there was an auction taking place of models in the city hotel in Armagh at start of dec (I did mention it on here back then) there was a DENIS BIGGERSTAFF 6R4 KMD MODEL at it and it sold for.................wait for it.................here it comes..................£59!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please tell me you forgot a 2 or a 3 in front of the 5?

Or give me the buyer's name and I'll make sure he gets a good return on his investment.

Peter phoned me about this and said there was no base plate sticker or anything to say it was a KMD model so I told him to bid up to £50 on it for me,
When I heard they never came with KMD base plate stickers and sent a quick text to up my bid.... but was too late the model went through already!!
I wasn't going to keep the model, it was going to be sold on to a fella I knew would keep it in his collection
