Great news James. The result of some very hard work over the last number of years in the MG has really paid off. The potential with the new car was clear to see from day one. Hopefully its the first of many more to come

Absolutely delighted for Roy and James on clinching the championship and it made sweeter with the win coming on the Stonethrowers Rally, Roys home event.

Congratulations on another Championship victory James! You have had another superb year and it's nice to finish it off with some silverware! Well deserved, Roy and you make a great team.

Thanks guys. As with any championship the satisfaction is in the strength of those you compete with/against. Hurson and Boyle are formidable opponents but we had a well prepared car with a pretty canny driver and no shortage of experience so despite not taking outright victory so far on an actual round of the championship we still did the job in the minimum number of rounds with 6 scores counting out of 8 counting rounds. So still 2 events to run.
I see JFE has already done a version of the Cavan car.

And it looks like JFE will do the car from the Stonethrowers if people want it instead of the Cavan car, seems to be just the door plates and a stripe are the only differences to the car from the two events
