Not sure why but I can't log in on iPad but I can on my phone anyone help?

I keep having the same issue on my Iphone - Brian guided me how to resolve but the issue reappeared 24 hours later. It's something to do with cookies from memory. If you can access your email via your Ipad, try logging in via any of your followed topic alerts - that always works
