Skoda pulling out of WRC?

My franglais is really poor but ive seen a french article this morning which I think is saying Skoda are pulling out from the WRC next year. Anyone any insight?

From what I've seen their approach is going to be "supporting" young drivers rather than a specific works team. I had heard the revised works effort was going to be directed towards electric touring cars.
