Only 4 Days now until the start, are you comeing over if you are PLEASE come say hello i will be in the Rally Village with my trade stand along with Steve Shaw of SRS Models

I'll be there to collect a few models from Steve on Friday evening

Will be in Carlisle from Wednesday afternoon marshalling and helping out with service area set up then on the stages Friday night and Saturday with the camera

what way did the sales go for you george/steve today?

I see Cronin won, I cant see it happening, but I'd would love to see him get a shot in a top S2000 or WRC, the guy has real talent

The event for Steve and I was a total waste of time,this year we had to move from our Main Hall site to the Rally Village and if we can not be in the Main Hall next year we will not take part our takings were down 85/90% ,however it was good to meet up with old friends as well as make new ones and also to meet Peter [speedy] as well as some other irish boys------------the craic was awsome at times !!

Thats the thing with doing stalls its hit n miss
I'm glad I didnt do it this year if I had to pay for my stand and then to make Jack Sh*t would of been a killer

Good to meet you as well George, I eventually found you on my third wander around the village on Friday evening, didn't realise there was anything in that building, a sign up out on the path may have directed more people your way. You were gone by the time I got back in on Saturday and had a few bob more with me so you may have found a new home for a couple of models, Fridays money was set aside for Steven

Sorry about that Peter but we were well "sick" by 4.30 pm so decided to go home I asked for a notice board to be placed at the bottom of the "path" leading into the building we were in on the Friday but it didnt arrive until friday adternoon and even then only said "more stands inside" so Saturday morning armed with my RED FELT TIP i alltered it to say "modelrallysport" and moved board to end of path then more people visited us but still not as good as past years------------NOW---------------if we had known you were coming back and had MONEY to spend i would have stayed until midnight

Sorry to hear of the poor outturn George. Your pitch in previous years was top notch. The "problem" with your joint display that I remember is that seeing the models "in the flesh" was a temptation too far. Only Ryanairs baggage restrictions saved my bank manager getting a heart attack.
