This will look well on the shelf next Franks car !!!!!! I just might find another shelf for it.......Not sure is it this model forum or the earlier one but somebody said to put together a collection a car covering its history.........this would be the perfect model for that.....as I have it in

Guys,

I recently bought a Frank Meagher Escort WRC model from Piotr (see photo on page 16 of this thread) and have discovered that the blue painted on the rear end of the car doesn't match the blue on the decals running down the side of the car. I think the paint match is wrong as it is a lighter blue than it should be. If anyone else has this model, could they check please and let me know.

I know the wheels aren't correct but I am more concerned that the colour shade is right. Thanks in advance. Smile

Have the same model and yes it is a lighter shade of blue so obviously it's across the board and the wrong colour blue. Rolling Eyes

Having said that, a lot of his other models are class, in particular the O'Sullivan Focus. Very Happy

Carlo has done the decals. There is a Donegal International option on the sheet as well but as I did Carlow with John that was my preference. The second model is for the man himself.
