Japanese 1/18 collection
Hi guys;
a friend of mine knows that I am interested in code3 builds and emailed me this below photo which he told me belongs to a Japanese collector called Atsushi Okamoto...
they are in 1/18 scale and most of them are custom build rally models!!!
I would like to find some japanese forums especially for custom build models. anyone has any links to japanese forums or suggestions how to find one?
I am very much interested in seeing their skills, builds and guessing many of you may be interested as well..
suggestions and comments all welcome..

Re: Japanese 1/18 collection
Some serious money invested there. Would love to see more pictures of it if your friend can get them Omer.
Those early subarus are all custom made from road cars, along with a lot of code 3 subarus midway through the picture. Theres a very tasty white p2000 there, in what looks to be Infineon livery. Also a lot of evos that were offical releases and code 3s.
Cant even count the number of corollas at the bottom, definatly more than Autoart ever released.

Brian,
I have gone through this photo millions of time already and also asked my friend for more photos and contact details. but it seems difficult to get at the moment.
if I can get more photos/details etc. I will share....
those Subaru's are amazing... mostly code3's
and the Toyota's are the back row is the original AA productions while front row is all code 3's as far as I can see.
Mitsubishi's are also some original while many of them are code3 or corrected wheels/decals...
I love the evo5 conversion and also the OMV Monte Carlo ones....
so, hoping to have a code3 collection like this one day....
anyway, back to topic guys....
I knew you will be amazed with this photo but any idea how to source the Japanese die-cast forums?
come on guysss work out some ideas
