One comment though, if you want it to look even more accurate, simply cut off the front part of the rollcage. The Metro 6R4 didn't have any cage visible around the windscreen as it is contained within the pillars themselves. This has always been an error on the diecast models going right back to the very first Vitesse & Skid releases.

Here's an example of what a real Metro 6R4 looks like around the windscreen area. Note how clear it is around the front pillars...

This is the same for McRae's 1986 Corte Ingles entry as well...

Hello.
I use decapant liquid. It is the fastest and most effective way to remove paint because it is a very corrosive liquid. You should be very careful when using it.
