nice little M3 there - don't understand why the noise though; who is the driver did he do anything noteworthy?

Cheers Lad's,
Never thought about cutting the bottom of the vents to make them lower, I'll have a go at that Brian
Doc it's just some Irish driver from years ago, he seems to have a big following and a lot of people collect his models lol

Sorry Bobby I haven't been updating this in a while so just seeing your comments,
Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed looking through the thread,
I've took a bit of time off and just started building again, finished off the Mike Rimmer Manx M3 I started years ago,
Then built a Simon Woodside M3 and Patrick Snijers Escort WRC from Lurgan Park,
Here's a few pics

How close is the green paint on the Woodside M3 to the decal?

Very close!!
The green paint on the bumper is about 2mm away from the decal on the rear quarter panel
I used a RAL colour that Peter/Speedy got from Woodside's so its a good match,
If I was to do another one I'd make the paint a bit more satin as there's not much shine from the decals
