hi mark, i've been a bit quiet, been working a bit of overtime and not been free too much, but we all have busy/quiet times when we can or can't be about as often....

Agree it is quiet. Time of the year, good weather, outside in the evenings battling with the weeds in the garden. Holidays etc..........

absolutely flat out w/ work (60hrs of ACTUAL work time not included lunches this wk) has me wrecked

chris, have you moved away from the uk m8 in the recent weeks m8?

Been lovely down here on the East Coast. Were still in drought would you believe!

I have been busy working and also with organising the rally time trial with our motorclub
Also lost a bit of interest lately due to not having time to sit down and work on models

I was following the 24th Classic Marathon from Belfast to Kilkenny for the past week, little or no time to go online each night

Hi, it has felt a bit quiet to me too. Clicking on the 'Posts since you were last on the forum' button has brought up surprisingly few posts over the last week or so. Still, there have been a few distractions, what with the football (yawn!), tennis and the Olympics will be on us before we know where we are. It may be feeling quiet coz David (Cowley) hasn't been on much, recently! He usually responds to most threads, but not much of late.... hope he's OK!

I've been pretty busy model-making myself recently and finished my Steve palmer 6R4 rallycross car today and have been making progress on my prototype 6R4, stripped another 6R4 and progressed with my first commission piece, of which details another time.

Haven't been posting much lately either, mainly due to uni etc. Keeping an eye in now and then though

It may look like I'm always logged in but most of the time I'm away from the computer....
I tend to login have a quick look around then head into the other room and work away with the models,
Next thing I know is its after 12, half a bottle of Jack missing and I wake up with decals stuck to my face

we all have other things that crop up now and again and need attention, the forum shouldn't be measured on quantity of posts, but on quality of posts!

Busy building here to but check in most nights

Hi all!

Not been on the forum much recently, what with the football, a couple of parties, busy at work, etc. Likewise, I haven't really had much time for any modelling over the last couple of weeks either, or indeed money to buy anything. I keep popping in from time to time to read posts, but haven't really had time to post.

On a sadder note, I also had to go and fetch my father's ashes from the funeral directors. We said goodbye to him in March as most of you will recall, and they kindly agreed to look after him until we had decided what we wanted to do, or more like what he would want us to do with him. Their patience was obviously running a little thin...

Thank you for your concern though Steve - I am perfectly fine mate. It is much appreciated fella.
