Re: theme of your collection?
.
At one time I collected everything.... then my bank account told me to wind my neck in!!
Now I just collect Pre2000 Irish models + a few Irish S12b Impreza models in 1/43
I'm in the process of selling my 1/18 models and just keeping any model that can be converted to.... yes an Irish model.
I had thought about selling everything and packing in the collecting but by keeping it Irish related I'm sort of justifying it.... just about,

Replicating the full line-up of parked up Clubman cars at the works is cheating, that would be too easy.
Juha, I think that, between us, we may eventually get to such high numbers by the time you include the 1980s rally cars, rallycross cars used since then up to the present day and the 6R4 challenge cars, WITHOUT cheating with 200 near-identical white cars! That would make a very dull collection anyway, unless you like the all-white look, which some do of course. But even then, 200 models nearly all identical? That would be a collection of donor cars in my book! Cheers, Steve

Re: theme of your collection?
It's possible, but it would take a lot of time. I'm well up on the amount of donor cars.

Boys, boys, boys! Clam down!! I knew this might get a bit dirty at the mere mention of the word tr*ctors! Sure enough, the mud slinging starts straight away.
Seriously, thanks for the info on Mr Ferguson, Paul. Interesting stuff. Would the farm be a suitable place to go sideways in a Group B rally car?
Cheers, take care, and keep it clean!! Steve

That's not a list of themes, that's a never-ending story.
It looks impressive just reading it, never mind seeing the pics that go with it.

Re: theme of your collection?
I started collecting Ford rally models but then went astray for a while collecting everything before settling down to three themes.
1. Ford - this is my main theme. I collect across the range, currently from Anglia to Fiesta WRC/S2000 (would love a RRC and R2)
2. Peugeot - mainly 207 S2000 (no Paul you cannot have the wheels ) would love more 205 GTi if/when available.
3. Skoda - ranges from 110L to Fabia Evo II
I also have the odd Astra and Nova which I have always liked (would love a Llewellin Astra and a Metcalfe Nova), the rest I will be selling in the next few months.

Phil (Boyley) of the forum done Louise Aitken Walker's 205 GTi a while ago, if you haven't got it send him a PM to see if he has one or decals,
