Nuremberg Toy Fair 2023

Its that time of year when model makers announce new and planned releases. So far I've seen a 1/24 Ascona 400 kit mock up from Belkits and a 1/18 hi detail Puma on Andy of Rallymodels FB pages. I guess post any pics or links you find.

Brand new moulding from Kyosho as far as Ive heard not a Sunstar reboot

Appreciate there is a tie up between Kyosho and the Otto/Solido family however the Impreza looks nothing like anyone else has touched. Delta HF 4WD is a massive improvement over the Top Marques version

Otto have a plain white S14 Impreza WRC in one of their cabinates along with a Leob Corolla WRC.

But so far nothing getting me excited

White Impreza was a Far East special edition as far as I'm aware. Only + for me from Otto was the Golf MK1 which although isnt the Eklund Grp 2 or Grundel Group A car hopefully means at least one of those wont be too far away.

One of two regular sites are yet to publish their show pics however with quite a few diecast manufacturers not exhibiting once again I dont think there will many more surprises to share.

The 1/8th 037 by Ixo is apparently a partswork series which you build each week. To complete the build will allegedly cost £1000!

There is  a C4 WRC also available and currently in Italy a 1/8 A2 Quattto is in its 5th week of 110 issues. Previously a S9 Impreza, Stratos , Lamcia Delta, Alpine A310 and R5 Turbo Maxi were also released.

Billy - i think you have a 1/18 Vatanen collection- is my memory correct? Ixo are doing his 1977 1000 lakes car (the marlboro one from memory)

i have this 1978 version of his marlboro livery but not the previous year, might be interesting lol...
