Nuremburg Toy Fair 2016 27th Jan to 1st Feb

Doesn't seem 5 minutes since the 2015 thread and still we are waiting for many of the planned releases especially from Minichamps!

Any road up thought it opportune to start a new topic ahead of this years show which is obviously the biggest and most important of its type where most of the major manufacturers in our field exhibit. Hoping for lots of interesting new mouldings and hopefully nice liveries for existing ones as well so will post pics and links when available and hopefully other members will as well.

Im hoping to see some new models from otto. Would love to see a new M3 released. Also want to see a rally version seirra cosworth. And a long shot but really hope they build a 185 celica

I think its unlikely but IXO and Trofeu and Minichamps and Spark may release models theyve had on their published "to be released" lists in recent years. Seems to be a increasing focus on subjects other than rally or on partswork/subscription specials....

If Sunstar are going to continue to milk their castings dry, I'd like to see more Irish models - Escorts, 6R4s, Imprezas, Asconas, Focuses, Xsaras. In fact Sunstar could do all the star turns from the 2007 Irish Tarmac season. That'd be great.

Apart from that, Meeke models and more Group B stuff.

Belkits have a new 1/24 release to be shown tomorrow-I suspect it will be a DS3 in either WRC or R5 version given their recent trends. However a teaser pic on the FB page hints at a Manta 400! The spotlamp below the bumper is throwing me  a bit but the indicator set into the bumper suggests its a 400!

Otto Sierra Cossie Delecour Tour De Corse looks great. Already see one problem we will have converting this to irish cars is the missing wing mirror. Anyone want to cast one from the road cars to have ready?

That Cossie looks amazing!

I have the road car and was planning to convert it but now don't have to. Fisher Cossie! I can take the headlamp units off it and either use them or make a mould for casting lamp and lenses. Also have a Minichamps/AutoArt RHD dashboard which could be used to get an outline for the RHD dashboard.

It should have the morettes on there, more pictures will be along soon to clarify. I need 4 of these cossies when they are released because they will go for silly money when they hit ebay. Too much to use as base models. They white road car is already crazy money.

To be honest it's quite disappointing so far!
